The information you choose to give us, such as your account details and the health notes, habits, records, photos or other entries you choose to save in Aamla.

Optional device connections

You can connect Android Health Connect only if you choose. Permissions are optional, and you can change or revoke them anytime in your device settings. You can also use Aamla without connecting a device and track your information manually.

How Aamla uses information

We use your information to organise your entries, show your own history, and provide reminders or summaries you request.

AI summaries and estimates

Our AI summaries and estimates are based on the information you submit. They can be helpful, but may be incomplete or wrong. We clearly label estimates and let you review the details before saving. They are for informational support only, not a diagnosis or treatment decision.

Family sharing

You can share only selected profile details with people you invite, such as family members or trusted partners. You choose what they can see, and you can change or revoke their access at any time.

You can view, edit, export or delete your entries. You can also change your permissions, pause device sync, manage family sharing, and request account deletion from your settings.

We keep your information to operate your account and provide Aamla’s features. How long we keep data, and what we keep, depends on your choices in the app and on applicable requirements.
